I love this one Terry~ is this on a canvas or a board?
Neither Sunny, this is a piece of paper cloth I made.
It was done on a piece of freezer paper layered with gel medium and cheese cloth, scraps of paper , tissue, sequins until it mkes a nice paper. When it is dry you pull it off and appy it to any project.
This particular one uses dictionary paper and cheese cloth.
